Fernando Machado

Rory Sutherland

Rory is the Vice Chairman of Ogilvy in the UK, an attractively vague job title which has allowed him to co-found a behavioral science practice within the agency. He works with a consulting practice of psychology graduates who look for ‘unseen opportunities’ in consumer behaviour – these are the very small contextual changes which can have enormous effects on the decisions people make – for instance tripling the sales rate of a call centre by adding just a few sentences to the script.

Dave Trott

Dave Trott is the author of Creative Mischief and Predatory Thinking and founded four award-winning ad agencies. Born in east London, he went to art school in New York on a Rockefeller Scholarship. From there he began an illustrious career in advertising. Dave’s agency – Gold Greenlees Trott – was voted Agency of the Year by Campaign magazine, and Most Creative Agency in the World by Ad Age in New York. In 2004 he was given the D&AD President’s Award for lifetime achievement in advertising.

Roger Beekman

After 29 years in advertsign, working in Europe, Japan, Russia, Middle East and South Africa, Rodger joined the consultancy side of life. Rodger graduated at 2 art schools, 1 for graphic design and the other for art direction. Rodger has been in juries in several parts of the world, and among the awards he has won is a Cannes Grand Prix in 2016. In 2018, Rodger joined PwC to build the Experience Center in Amsterdam.

Adam Graham

Adam has over 15 years’ experience leading and growing innovative digital marketing and advertising agencies. Adam served as CEO of Weapon 7, a digital communications agency within Omnicom’s BBDO. Prior to that he co-founded and served as Managing Director of Saint, the digital arm of WPP’s Rainey Kelly Campbell Roalfe/Y&R, which won Revolution’s and NMA’s creative agency of the year Awards in 2011. Earlier in his career Adam founded the e-marketing agency 3w Media in the UK and was among the pioneers of internet radio, with the founding of iChoose Radio in 1998. Adam joined the Marketing Group from Cact.us, a leading UK based agency growth consultancy, where he was Managing Consultant. He was also Chair of the British Interactive Media Association and has previoulsy been a council member of the British Advertising Association and the Institute for Practioners of Advertising.
